Sajith the bar man!

Sadly we got a night flight from Heathrow and our room was not ready early in the morning for us, we slowly made our way to the beach bar where we met Sajith who greeted us with a very warm welcome. Definitely recommend coming to find this man instead of going to the leisure lounge as you will have a much more enjoyable time.

A great weeks holiday amazing swimming pools and lovely friendly staff. Plenty of choice for food that was all very tasty and excellent quality. A private beach. Lots of activities to enjoy in Dubai that can be easily arranged from the hotel.

It was a great and lovely stay at this hotel and jenny from the reception made this stay perfect and the best of all the room was very nice the pool and the beach and the gym were very nice the staff was very friendly and helpful overall the ambiance of the hotel was very nice

Another great stay in the Fairmont Gold Lounge

This was our third visit to Fairmont The Palm (Gold Lounge) and it certainly did not disappoint! When we arrived we were greeted by Gilbert and the wonderful staff who work with him in the Gold lounge area Allen, Myint and a special big thank you to Aashis who always had a smile on his face and could not do enough for us. I am sure we will be back in the not too distant future! The Miller family (19th to 26th April).

Flow reservation cancelled by Fairmont the Palm.

We booked dinner at their restaurant, Flow, and 4 hours before the reserved time they emailed to say the reservation was cancelled. It was a family event for visitors from the United Kingdom, very shabby treatment at such short notice. Be warned.
